Dr. Aparna. S has joined as an Assistant professor in the Department of Economics, on September16^th, 2020. She was awarded Ph.D. by the Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT) in “The Dynamics of Social Inclusion of the Scheduled Castes in Kerala: A Study based on SC Development Projects”. She secured 1^st rank in MPhil from Loyola College, Chennai. She has presented papers in national seminars and published articles in reputed journals. She worked as a research assistant in a project funded by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), titled “Intra-community Vicissitudes in Development: A Study of Tribal Communities in Kerala”.
